We want you to be happy with what turns up. If you're not, here's where you stand.

Your right to cancel an online order

If you're buying as a consumer, UK law gives you 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason at all. You don't need to justify it to us.

Tell us you're cancelling by emailing contact@mintcollectablestcg.com within that 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Once we receive them, we'll refund you within 14 days.

We refund the price you paid plus our standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest, we refund the cheapest rate. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty or wrongly described.

Goods must come back in the condition you received them. Graded slabs must be returned sealed in their original holder — a cracked slab can't be returned, because it's no longer the item we sold.

If something is faulty or not as described

Separately from the above, you're entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If a card doesn't match the condition we listed, that's on us: email returns@mintcollectablestcg.com with a photo and we'll make it right, including return postage.

How to return something

  1. Email returns@mintcollectablestcg.com with your order number and what you're sending back.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions.
  3. Pack it as carefully as we packed it for you, and use a tracked service — until it reaches us it's your responsibility, and cards are easily lost.
  4. We'll email you when it arrives and process the refund to your original payment method.

Second-hand goods and VAT

Most of our stock is sold under the VAT margin scheme for second-hand goods. VAT isn't shown separately on those invoices and can't be reclaimed by a VAT-registered buyer. The price you see is the price you pay, and refunds are made on that full amount.
