Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by CGA Collectors Ltd, trading as Mint Collectables, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC904664, with its registered office at 559 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, G3 7PQ. You can reach us at contact@mintcollectablestcg.com.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order acknowledgement.

We may decline an order. Reasons include stock being unavailable, a pricing error, or being unable to verify payment or the delivery address. If we decline after you've paid, we refund you in full.

3. Stock and one-of-a-kind items

Graded cards and many singles are unique items held in a single quantity. Our stock is synchronised across the website and our physical shop, but where an item sells in store moments before your order, we'll contact you and refund in full.

4. Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Most second-hand stock is sold under the VAT margin scheme, where VAT is not shown separately and cannot be reclaimed by the buyer.

The card market moves and our prices change with it. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you before proceeding.

5. Condition and descriptions

We describe condition as accurately as we can, in line with our Grading & Condition Guide. Grades on slabbed cards are the assessment of the grading company named on the label, not ours, and we make no representation as to their accuracy.

Images of graded cards and higher-value singles show the actual item. Lower-value singles may use representative images.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.

7. Returns

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out on our Returns page and form part of these terms.

8. Selling to us

Any offer we make to buy cards from you is valid on the day it is given. You confirm that anything you sell us is yours to sell and is not stolen or counterfeit. We record the name and address of sellers where we are legally required to do so.

9. Liability

We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
